Growing Paphs in the styrofoam box - update..

It's been a while since I started using styrofoam box to grow some of my paphs, namely those intermediate growing paphs. I am seeing better result lately, with more than 10 plants spike and some are blooming soon..

I can't wait to see the result!

What I did/do to induce blooming in Singapore Weather..

This method is actually quite troublesome, but it's the method how I started trying to induce the (cool)paphs to bloom. (which was successful for me)

Item needed:
1. light
2. a USB mini fan
3. 6 frozen ice in the 1lt bottles (2 for night use, and 4 for day use)
4. 3 polyfoam boxes (2ft x 1.5ft x 1.5ft)
5. a timer to control light

I change the iced bottles twice a day(6am and 8pm). Using the mini fan to help circulating the cool air in the polyfoam box throughout the day.

So far, this works for most of my paphs.. At least they do spike and bloom! Ha..
